Unfortunately for us, that’s pretty much where one Producer-Director-Scriptwriter-Lead Actor by the name of Dev Anand ran out of ideas on how best to turn Aamir Khan away from doing sports movies for the rest of his career. So this shoutout goes to ol’ Mr.Perfectionist himself, who was actually brave enough to look past the horror that was this cricket fiasco and pull off Lagaan. Dude, You Got Balls!
I wonder if this had come out sooner, we would have been spared the lunacy that was Lagaan.
